Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach and Leadership Intuitive Rose Harrow has been called the ChangeMaker Catalyst.
With over 30 years of speaking and professional and high performance coaching experience, Rose works with executives who want to develop their inner games. She coaches Business Leaders on how to use leading edge tools to create sustainable success and well-being, so they can keep their top talent, while fulfilling their own Life Purpose…and without burning out. She’s also been known to use her corporate intuitive skills to uncover sticking points other assessments didn’t catch.
Rose is the creator of The Authentic Leadership from the Heart System, in which she shares simple & effective strategies for preventing burnout at all levels of an organization. She also provides tips on how to restore or maintain resilience while fostering a sense of belonging among employees.
She’s taught and spoken at conferences and trainings on four continents, and is now based in Seattle.
